I am from Bengal and in Bengal Basanti pulao is very famous.It is a traditional Bengali dish. It is also called kesar pulao, Bhog ka pulao or Shahi Pulao. In Durga puja and other pujas this pulao recipe is used to prepare.It is very auspicious, tastes heavenly.I made it in authentic Bengali style.
