Chilli Garlic Fish recipe step by step

Wanted to make some starters / finger food from fish. Thought of fish fried, Amritsari Fish but then I wanted something which has a bit of sauce, spicy and hot. The result was “Chili Garlic Fish” in Indo-Chinese style.
