Mathri is a very popular north indian snack. It’s very easy to make. It can be made with many variations like masala mathri, methi mathri etc. today I am sharing simple mathri ,spiced with carom seeds. It’s very good accompaniment with tea. It’s flaky, crispy and just melt in mouth.
