Rice Kheer is very easy and simple to cook. It is very auspicious dish not only Bengal but also in Kerala. In Kerala, in Onam festival it is the main dish, called Payasam. The taste becomes enhance if you use Gobindo bhog rice. It’s a small grain, aromatic, sticky rice having nice buttery flavor.
